42 - There's more life in a tramps vest.

I'm still not feeling 100% pucker, I'm thinking that my rapidly aging body can no longer take ten days of constant abuse, at least not when I'm not sitting in the sun sweating the shit straight back out. With this in mind I'm not touching any beer until at least, say two p.m today, well around then anyway. And, I've just had a very sensible breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast.

Watched first couple of episodes of Sons of Anarchy last night, it was pretty good, nothing startling, but enjoyable enough. Gotta love the Ron Perlman jaw line.

Another jam packed day ahead of me, The Soprano's, Treme, maybe a film squeezed in. Then going out for dinner tonight with GF-Dad1 for dinner, its his birthday (her Mum and GF-Dad2 has been stuck in Cyprus for an extra week!).

Just got a good email. I'm a member of my few organisations that, how would I say, support my life approach, one them is The Brights, I got the below email from a fellow member:

Interesting. I was baptised -- well, christened, which amounts to the
same thing, AIUI -- at about 6mth old, and I've been vaguely irritated
about this for 30yr or so now. But learning that there's no undo
option is a bit of a blow. I mean, I can't get god's agreement, can I?
He doesn't exist!

I did some digging and another group I'm a member of has thought fuck it, where up for it if you are, so for the princely sum of £3 I'm now officially De-Christened.

Gonna have to celebrate with a glass of wine in the sunshine.
